This coffee is a collaboration with Honduran Coffee Alliance's Sean Warner. He works with many quality minded growers in Honduras. He recommended this coffee from a member of his church who helps support his efforts locally.
Paraínema is a hybrid, disease resistant varietal that won also won Honduras' Cup of Excellence several years ago.
