This is our chance to feature coffees from our award winning producers and friends and for you to enjoy a variety of coffees from the world of coffee.

We design this subscription so that every six months you will receive one selection from one of our four award winning producers. To cover the top growing regions of the world, we add a top Ethiopian Natural and Asian coffee.  Also look for a good mix of cultivars and processing methods.

Your coffee will be roasted in a Giesen roaster, then sent USPS Priority mail.

Tasting notes: Fruit fragrance with peach notes.  Creamy long aftertaste and really complex. 

Buen Pastor won Honduras' Cup of Excellence in 2007 with coffees scoring over 92.   When we visited Stanley last year, we expressed interest in this Catuai coffee grown under banana and peach trees adjacent to the plot that won the Cup of Excellence years ago. After Stanley harvested this coffee, Beneficio San Vincente's Benjamin Paz processed it for us. 

We are grateful to be able to work with Stanley Yoder as he both restores this beautiful coffee farm and also supports a local orphanage.
