Tasting notes: Fruit fragrance with peach notes. Creamy long aftertaste and really complex.
Buen Pastor won Honduras' Cup of Excellence in 2007 with coffees scoring over 92. After Stanley harvested this coffee, Beneficio San Vincente's Benjamin Paz processed it for us.
We are grateful to be able to work with Stanley Yoder as he both restores this beautiful coffee farm and also supports a local orphanage.
